Quetta; The opposition parties on Monday nominated Abdul Qadoos Bizenjo as chief minister Balochistan. Mr Bizenjo was speaker of the assembly since 2018. He is an old hand with vast experience of government functions. He had been chief minister of the province in the past also. He has been a regular member of the Balochistan assembly since 2002.
Mr Bizenjo had played a vibrant role in overthrowing Jam Kamal government. He led the opposition in the assembly to submit no confidence move against Jam Kamal in the provincial assembly and force him to resign as chief minister.
