Islamabad : With only a couple of days left in another protest call , Islamabad police are chasing down Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) workers for their arrest.
PTI announcement that its 10,000 workers have already reached in Islamabad and they are ready to mob at D-Chowk in the capital on final go- ahead call has added fuel to the fire to invite the state wrath ahead of PTI final rally.
PTI had issued a statement a few days ago , claiming it’s going to go ahead with its final call for protest on November 24 and its 10 thousands workers have already landed in the federal capital to lead the protest to D-Chowk.
Since PTI announcement , Islamabad police have been raiding at the houses of PTI workers in the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi and the party offices to make sure that maximum PTI workers are nabbed before Nov 24.
Islamabad police are not sparing even female PTI workers in their arresting spree.
“I ‘m hiding at somebody’s else house as my house is being raided again and again in I-8 sector in Islamabad . to arrest me”, a PTI female worker told NEWSMAN requesting not to be named in the story.

PTI is in protest mode for over one year over arrest of Imran Khan . Its workers have taken to the streets dozens times since arrest of their leader in multiple cases. Whenever , PTI launches protest , its leaders built-up hopes of the party workers that Imran Khan can only get out of Adiala Jail if they build up pressure on the government to release their leader.
Each time,, PTI worker says ‘Yes’ on the party call and he/she face the state brutality and then PTI second tier leadership calls of the protest for another time.
Doubting the sincerity of the second tier party leadership , Imran Khan and his spouse –Bushra Bibi–are directly overseeing the party’s preparations for Nov 24 final call.
Imran Khan ,in his latest video message, had told his party-men a couple of days ago either join Nov 24 rally or you are no more in the party. Bushra Bibi ,too, is directly meeting to the party workers to see how well they are ready for Nov 24 show down.
So Nov 24 final call is literally ‘Do and die’ moment for Imran Khan and PTI.
It’s also equally important for the Shahbaz government which does have an idea that PTI’s successful protest on Nov 24 can set a stage for its un- ceremonial exit from power.
