ISLAMABAD ; Feb 1,2023: A session and district court Islamabad has accepted bail petition of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) leader , Fawad Hussain Chaudhary , observing that the paiamrntarian should not give such inciting statements against the constitutional institutions .
Session and district judge Islamabad , Rizwan Haider Gilani , granted bail to Fawad Hussain Chaudhary against a surety of worth Rs 20000.
PTI leader , Fawad Hussain Chaudhary , was arrested on January 25 last over his inciting statement against the constitutional institution –The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
Accepting the bail plea, the judge observed that the court accepts bail of the accused – Fawad Hussain Chaudhary –on the condition that he would not give any such statements in the future.
Babar Awan advocate , Faisal Chaudhary advocate and Ali Bukhari, the counsel for the PTI leader , were present in the court .
