ISLAMABAD . The Law Enforcing Agencies (LEAs) and spy agencies of Pakistan have concluded in their reports that the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) chairman , Imran Khan, intentionally violated the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) orders of May 25, 2022 by directing to the participants of the long march to reach to D-Chawk that led to violent protest in Islamabad . The reports of LEAs and Pakistan top spy agency Inter Services Intelligence (ISI ) have contended that PTI chairman , Imran Khan, was conveyed the decision of the apex court, barring the participants of the long march from entering into the red zone which also includes D-Chowk, but PTI top leadership simply ignored the court orders and kept on tweeting to advising the participants of the long march to throng at D-Chowk in Islamabad . A larger bench of the the Supreme Court of Pakistan, headed by chief justice, Umar Atta Bandial, had heard the PTI petition relating to the long march on May 25 seeking direction for the government to remove the containers and other barricades placed to stop the long march from marching on Islamabad . The PTI , in its petition, had submitted before the apex court that its long march was peaceful . In the petition , PTI apprehended that the government could use force against the participants of the long march . The court upheld the point of the PTI’s counsel , Babar Awan , while hearing the case and issued an order directing the government to remove all the containers placed on the roads, besides removing any other barricades erected anywhere across Pakistan to stop the participants of the long march from reaching Islamabad . The Supreme Court of Pakistan ordered the government to allocate a space either at Parade Ground or F-9 Park to allow PTI to hold its rally. The apex court order also ordered to PTI to ensure that its long march remains within given limits and avoid any kind of the violence . The top court’s orders were clear and unambiguous in all terms . Taking the top court orders in letter and spirit , the government removed the containers and other barricades on the way to long march and allowed its participants to enter into Islamabad without any resistance . Since the court orders had come well in time and PTI leadership was fully aware of it as all TV channels were running the court orders as a breaking story on May 25. PTI chairman, however, kept on tweeting and issuing provocative statements for his supporters to reach at D-Chowk in Islamabad in any case.
PTI chairman also hurled threats on the police of taking them to task if they used force against his followers .
Following instructions of the party chairman, charged crowed thronged at D-Chowk in the evening on May 25 and not only damaged the public and state properties, but also set the trees on the greenbelt close to D-Chowk on fire .
The secret agencies and LEAs have also attached the videos of the violence and fire that was torched by the crowed . The police had arrested a few participants of the long march who were involved in putting trees in the Blue Area on fire.
The matter of violent long march had landed in apex court . It heard the matter in detail and sought reports from the LEAs and top spy agencies to report if PTI leaders violated the court orders of May ,25, 2022.
