Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has announced a sit in in Islamabad in front of the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) on Monday.
PDM chief , Maulana Fazalur Rehman, announced sit in in Islamabad on Monday and gave a call to Pakistani nation to assemble and stage sit in in front of SCP.
Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman gave the call for protest against SCP ‘s recent decisions in favour of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI).
Addressing a press conference in Islamabad following an emergent meeting of PDM here Maulana Fazalur Rehman showed total disappointment over some recent decisions of SCP and claimed that senior judiciary was protecting a terrorist by giving ultra constitutional decisiona in favour of PTI .
PDM chief made it clear that the nation accept a decision given by the judges in 4 to 3 ratio and not of the judges ratio of 3 to 4.
Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman was referring to a SCP decision given in the case of recent suomoto case where top court got split .
Maulana Fazalur Rehman said ” SCP is mother of law and not mother of inlaws’.
PDM chief said a man (Imran Khan) is involved in terrorism but the courts are protecting his crime .
He also issued warning that his supporters will resist if anyone tried to stop them from protesting outside SCP building.
