ISLAMABAD: July 27, 2022. In less than 24 hours after getting government in Punjab, the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) has issued a map showing it the most popular party of Pakistan .
PTI did have the right to make this claim but it did not mention Pakistan Muslim League Qaudi e Azam (PMLQ) any where in the map. Does it mean that PMLQ has been taken as granted or PTI intentionally downgraded it to give a message to Pervez Elahi and his company that their party was not significant to be mentioned in the party popularity map. It did mentioned Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) although like a dot in the map to show its presence in federal capital of Pakistan and likewise its map showed Pakistan People Party (PPP) in Sindh against in a small part of the map. But why no mention of PMLQ. Could PTI complete this map showing its dominance in Pakistan’s politics without using 10 votes of PMLQ in last controversial election of chief minister Punjab? Answer is big NO.
PTI will always be dependent on PMLQ to enjoy power in Punjab. The moment it loses PMLQ confidence or PMLQ two guys skip from PTI camp, there will be no rule of PTI in Punjab. In fact, its Pervez Elahi’s rule not of PTI in Punjab and the real beneficiary of July 26 , 2022 judgment of a selected bench of Supreme Court is Pervez Elahi and Moonis Elahi and not Imran Khan and his company.
Pervez Elahi and his son Moonis Elahi should specially see the PTI map and ponder for a movement what kind of mentality PTI has and what they can get out of PTI partnership.
Second question that can boggle one’s mind what made PTI to issue a formal map to show its governments in Punjab, Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK), Gilgit Baltistan (GB)?
What will be credibility of PTI and its map if some day its coalition government in Punjab is lost . Will PTI issue another amended map after losing the government in Punjab?
The most important thing that storms in one mind’s why PTI is introducing a new culture of maps in Pakistan. Does this map culture has some future alignment?
