Thatha: Will Sindh governemt address issues of mills area government school?

THATHA: The local government school in mill area has turned into a ghost as it totally lacks basic facilities like electricity, drinking water washrooms, furniture. Its building has also become outdated and dangerious for the students. Its roofs are extremely risky and there is great danger that it can collapse any time to pose serious risk to the students’ lives.

According to Amin Farooqi, our correspondent , mills area school, which is the only school in the area, is operating without any watchman and proper security. It has turned into a den of addicts who are also a great risk for the students.

The civil society and Bhumbor Mohalla Education committee has urged upon the Sindh Education minister, Saeed Ghani, to look into the issues of mills area school and take urgent steps to provide basic facilities and security to the students so that they could get education in a condusive environment.
