ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People Party chairman, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, was tested for COVID-19 some 24 hours ago, but instead sharing the outcome of his medical test report its being kept secret from the media.
According to some media reports , the spokesperson of Bilawal House were tight lipped on the question of Bilawal Bhutto’s corona test report.
“No one at Bilawal House is confirming any outcome of Bilawal Bhutto’s test taken by his doctors 24 hours ago”, a local TV channel reported on Wednesday night.
PPP chairman was very active in the national politics in recent weeks from Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) platform. Bilawal led extremely aggressive election campaign for his party in Gilgit Baltistan elections, but he is missing from the scene for the last couple of days.
Some media reports hinted at his corona test and claimed the PPP chairman has gone in isolation at Bilawal House after his test was declared positive.
It was the moral and political responsibility of the party and Bilawal House’s spokespersons to respond to the media to clear ambiguity and keep the masses updated about health of Bilawal Bhutto, but they did not do it.
PPP, as usual , wants to simply ignore the media on this very important issue. The party spokespersons should understand their attutude of leaving everything for others for their flight of imagination will not serve any purpose to the party. The party spokespersons , probably , are tight lipped on this issue for political reasons , but they have to understand that silence on the media queries will leave mediamen to make guess on the issue of health of a popular public leader.
NEWSMAN also did its best to get point of the view of PPP spokesperson and senator , Farhatullah Babar , on Bilawal Bhutto’s corona test. He did read the message on his whatsapp , but did not bother to give comments.
