CHRIST CHURCH: October 11, 2022: Pakistan on Tuesday suffered a humiliating defeat at Hagley Oval in a T20 match against New Zealand .
Pakistani players seemed a wall of sand in third T20 match played against New Zealand of tri series being played in New Zealand.
Pakistan won the toss and opted to bat first . This decision proved disastrous for Babar 11 which could reel to 130 runs total in 20 overs. None of Pakistani player was ready to face off New Zealand bowlers.
Rizwan who is getting praise for his a number of records seemed on the bitch as he never picked up a bat in his hand. He got out when Pakistan’s secure was just 31 runs. Then Shan Masood thought it necessary to get out and leave the pitch as early as possible. He got out an individual score was only 42 runs. It was now Babar Azam’s turn to show his face back to the pavilion and he got out at an individual score of 24 runs. He as captain played 28 balls and scored only 24 runs. All other Pakistani players also show behavior like a new trainee and despite some efforts made by Asif Ali Pakistan’s inning of 20 overs ended at 130 runs.
Can some one believe that with such a pace of runs and loss of wickets any team in the world can even think of win against any team playing any event . The answer would be a big NO. Then by offering matches to players like Haider Ali and many others how come Pakistani fan can get some good news from any cricket event?
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman, Ramiz Raja, and captain Babar Azam could only be held responsible of humiliating defeat from New Zealand in the on-going tri series of T20 matches.
Both are vision less and do not know how to lead a team to win in today’s world of cricket .
Unfortunately ,neither Ramiz Raja nor Babar Azam has ability to learn from others . Had any one of these two or so called coaches had any sense to learn they should have asked their side to take a lesson from New Zealand. They lost one match against Pakistan and today their body language was totally different . They achieved the target of 130 runs in 16.1 over with only one wicket down.
