ISLAMABAD : The Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) on Friday outrightly rejected the next fiscal year budget, citing it as anti people and anti businesses.
PTI chairman, Imran Khan, in a tweet here noted that the imported government has presented an anti people and anti businesses budget for next fiscal year and his party rejects it in toto.
Imran Khan claimed that the incumbent government has been installed in Pakistan for a certain purpose and it was reversing every programme introduced by his government to put Pakistan on the path of durable economic progress. PTI chairman apprehended that incumbent imported government would cause irreparable loss to Pakistan through it faulty economic policies . He said the steep rise in inflation has made the lives of Pakistani people miserable . He feared that poor economic policies of the government were going to take SPI to 30 percent that could unleash an unbearable financial burden on a common man of the country . Imran Khan added that the imported government has exposed lives of the poor to a big risk.
At a TV show, Shandana Gulzar of PTI , said today’s budget has proven the apprehensions of her party chairman true . She told the anchorperson that PTI chairman had conveyed to those who wanted to bring in imported government that any attempt to dismentle PTI government would push Pakistan into a serious economic crisis. Shandana Gulzar claimed that PTI had in place a strategy to tackle with harsh conditionalities of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to secure loan for Pakistan.
