Accused to be presented before anti terrorists court today

SIALKOT/ ISLAMABAD: As the nation sobs over inhuman act of a frenzied group that lynched Sri Lankan citizen inside a factory in Sialkot, prime minister, Imran Khan, on Sunday announced to award Malik Adnan, a factory worker who risked his life to save Peryanta Kumara from the charged crowed.
A frenzied crowed of hundreds of people had lynched Sri Lankan citizen and production manager of the factory over blasphamy charges.
The incident has shocked the whole Pakistani nation which feels ashamed of barbaric act of the frenied crowed.
Adnan Malik was the only sane man in the charged crowed of hundreds. He could be seen in one of the video clips pleading to the furious crowed to forgive Sri Lankan citizen. He also made desperate attempt to use himself to shield Sri Lankan citizen from the crowed.
The prime minister in recognition of Malik Adnan’s effort to save life of Preyantha Kumara declared to award him “Tumgha Shujaat”.
Meanwhile , Sialkot police are conducting raids in different parts of the city and srounding areas to arrest those who were involved in henious act of lynching Preyantha Kumara and later setting ablaze his deadbody. Khurrum Shahzad, the spokesman of Sialkot police , on Sunday confirmed arrest of 120 accused including the main accused who provoked the crowed to lynch Sri Lankan citizen.
The Sialkot police are going to present a group of 16 accused imcluding the main accused before the anti terrorist court in Gujranwala. The police would seek remand of the accused for investigations into the case.
