Naqvi also responded to allegations regarding deaths during the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protests, rejecting claims of police involvement in killings.

He pointed out that no policemen were equipped with pistols during the protests, and challenged PTI to provide names or evidence of those allegedly killed, but noted that no such response had been forthcoming.

The minister further emphasized that he was prepared to share data on the tear gas shells fired by protesters at law enforcement officers. He concluded by stating that the government was fully prepared for any future protests by PTI.
