ISLAMABAD: Pakistan seemingly apprehend India- like Corona crisis as its health system is on the verge of choking. Fearing worst case scenario, Prime minister Imran Khan, appealed to the nation in his recent televised address to be responsible by following Corona related standard operating procedures (SoPs) strictly.
India is in the worst crisis scenario, it had over 0.2 million positive cases and 2230 deaths on Friday.
Pakistan is also bracing similiar situation in next couple of weeks if its people did not follow SoPs like mask wearing, distancing at public places and using hand sanitisers to clean hands repeatedly.
To make some quick changes in its safety measures, Pakistan on Friday introduced new measures like reducing office timing and its attendence by 50 percent. It also called out armed forces in aid to civil administration to make sure that the people wear face mask and follow other Corona related measurs to help the government fight the pandemic.
