The key focus of the meeting will be to review the security situation across the country, especially in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, where terrorism-related incidents have been on the rise.

In addition to reviewing the implementation of NAP, the meeting will also address strengthening coordination between federal and provincial authorities and improving intelligence-sharing mechanisms.

The committee is expected to discuss ways to bolster internal security, with several key decisions on combating the increasing threat of terrorism likely to be made.
