Arshad Nadeem gives another remarkable performance, qualifies for WAC final

Pakistan javelin ace also qualified for Paris Olympics 2024

ISLAMABAD: August 25,2023: Pakistan javelin ace Arshad Nadeem made the nation proud again by qualifying for Paris Olympics 2024, besides booking a seat for the World Athletes Companionships final 2023. Arshad got remarkable performance in his third attempt with his throw to 86.79 metres to qualify for the World Athletes Competitions (WAC) 2023. Arshad Nadeem has become a top javelin player and he has won gold medals in Common Wealth Games held in August last year Arshad Nadeem is confident to win a gold medal again . The javelin throw final is scheduled for August 27 (Sunday) in Budapest , Hungry.

During his initial two attempts, Arshad Nadeem achieved distances of 70.63 metres and 81.53 metres, respectively. The Paris Olympics stipulates a qualifying minimum distance of 85.50 metres for the javelin throw, a requirement that the Pakistani athlete comfortably met.

Arshad Nadeem hails from Main Channu,l a small city in the Punjab and represents WAPDA in local competitions. He had made a historic throw of over 90 meters at Common Wealth Games held in August last year to bring gold medal for Pakistan .

Arshad Nadeem is making stunning performance at all javelin competitions held in the last one year. Arshad Nadeem’s remarkable achievements in javelin throw has developed a new trend of this game in Pakistan.
