Ban VELO; PANAH urges

Sixty percent of the country’s population, young people, especially women should be protected from being targeted by VELO.
VELO should be banned immediately like other developed countries.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the government took effective measures to prevent young girls from becoming addicted to VELO.

Sana Ullah Ghumman, General Secretary, Pakistan National Heart Association (PANAH), said that all tobacco products are harmful to the human body.Which are the main cause of cancer and other diseases including heart disease.VELO Nicotine Pouch Tobacco is being targeted at girls, it should be banned immediately, so that 60% of the country’s population can save the health of the young generation.
He was speaking to members of the PANAH during the important meeting.PANAH General Secretary Sana Ullah Ghumman said that VELO is a nicotine pouch.It is widely advertised, including on social media, while the law prohibits the promotion of any tobacco product.
