THATHA: Benazir Lakho, a young girl, has fallen to honour killing in Thatha Sindh for marrying to a man of her choice.
.According to Gharu police, the victim, Benazir Lakho, had married to Rajab Unar against the will of her parents a few months ago.
Hamzo Lakho , father of Benazir Lakho, was unhappy with his daughter, for marrying to Rajab Unar without his consent.
The police said the accused Hamzo Lakho got a decision from elders of his tribe and brought the victim back to his house.
On return , Hamzo Lakho along with his four accomplices tortured her severly and later drowned her in water to death.
The police has registered the case against Hamzo Lakho and four others for killing Benazir Lakho for honour.
The police said its on feet to arrest other accused of the case.
