THATHA: Influential mafia is intriguing to occupy half of land of Bhunbhur ,a historic city of Sindh, in connivance with the concerned authorities of Sindh government.
According to the survey conducted by Amin Farooqui, special correspondent of NEWSMAN and DAILY DANISHWAR, that original old record showed 640 acres land of Bhunbhur city . The record of the city was burnt by the mob in deadly and violent protest against assasination of Pakistan People Party (PPP) leader and former prime minister, Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto in 2007.
The mafia used this tragedy as an opportunity to grab land of Bhunbhur city. In the new survey, the land mafia managed to reduce the city area to 370 acres from original 640 acres.
