CDA gets PM patting, nod for new projects

ISLAMABAD: Prime minister, Imran Khan, has appreciated the Capital Development Authority (CDA) for its valuable contribution in working as a stimulant for revival of the construction industry in the country. The prime minister lauded the visionary role of CDA chairman, Amir Ali Ahmed , and directed him to go ahead with his plan to have new initiatives for opening -up new sectors in Islamabad as well as completing the on-goung housing projects in possible shortest time. The prime minister appreciated CDA balloting for I-12 sector to allot plots to its affectees. CDA chairman briefed the prime minister on various CDA housing projects including upcoming balloting for Park Enclave and auction of commercial and residential plots in different developed sectors of Islamabad next month. The chairman informed the prime minister that he and his team were working day and night to make Islamabd a model capital city, besides taking every possible step , which can ensure best housing facility to its residents. Last week, the CDA had conducted balloting through NADRA to allot plots to the affectees of I-12 sector. It’s also going to have balloting to allocate plots to the buyers in Park Enclave next month. The CDA is taking a number of new initiative like having new Blue area in Islamabad to provide the investor opportunities to invest in the construction sector. It has started three under passes recently to provide better road access to the commuters and at the same time make Islamabad even more beautiful city.
