Current Gold Prices in Pakistan: What You Need to Know

Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan’s local market have significantly decreased after a $3 per ounce dip in the global price.

Consequently, the price of 24k gold dropped by Rs 300 per tola on the local unofficial bullion market, reaching Rs 267,400 per tola.

In a comparable trend, the local market’s 10-gram gold price fell by Rs 258 last Saturday, with a booking of Rs 229,252. The charge against 24karat gold increased by Rs 1,300 per tola to a high of Rs 267,700 during the previous trading session on Friday.

In contrast, the price of silver in Pakistan stayed the same at around Rs 3,250 per tola and Rs 2,786 per 10 kilos. On the global market, the price of gold has dropped by $3 per ounce to $2,562.

According to current prices, twenty-four carats of gold per tola costs Rs 272,100 in Pakistan, whereas ten kilos and one gram cost Rs 233,290 and Rs 23,329, respectively.

Additionally, the Ladha gold rate for other cities, including Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, was stable on the same day and ranged between Rs 272,100 and Rs 272,430 per tola.
