‘Daughter of Sindh’ expresses disappointment over delay in justice in tripple murder case

Speaks to media outside court premises

HYDERABAD: A model court heared tripple murder case here on Saturday. The counsels for the accused sought adjourment in the case on medical grounds. The court adjourned the case on the request of the counsels for the accused with a warning to complete their arguments in the case on next hearing.

After the hearing, Umme Rubab (Daughter of Sindh) spoke to the media outside the court. She said the honourable court has directed to the counsels of the accused to complete their arguments which gives her hope that the case is heading towards its logical conclusion soon. She alleged that the counsels for the accused were using different tactics to delay the case to linger on the process of delivering the justice. She appealed to the court to stop the counsels of the accused from using delaying tactics so that justice in her case is not only done but seen to be delivered to give a message to a common man in Sindh that Wadairas and Sardars were no more over and above the law.

Umme Rubab is fighting against powerful killers of her father, grandfather and uncle since 2018. She stood against powerful accused to drag them to the court to get them punished and set an example for the people of Pakistan that when you trust in God you can stand firm to get punished those who consider themselves untouchable wadairas and Sardars who believed that they can kill any number of the people when and where they like and can go scot free.

Umme Rubab vowed during her talk to media outside the court that she will continue to fight in the court of law till these killers of her father and other family elders are get punished by the court.

She gave a daring message to the dreadful killers of her family that she will never bow down to your cowards tactics and rather will take the case against them to logical end when you (killers) will get punishment.

Umme Rubab urged upon to the people of Sindh to stop wicked Sardars and Wadairas to keep doing injustice to them . She also read a beautiful poem whose crux was ” I will not accept hegemony of docaits and killers but will keep fighting for good cause of protecting innocent from your delish nature”.
