ISLAMABAD : After having failed in pitching his party workers against the opposition and labelling its leader as traitors and if not enough to achieve political martyerdum , not hesitating from undermining the state and it’s interest, prime minister, Imran Khan, and his Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) is likely to lose number game in the national assembly on Sunday (today) . The agenda issued by the national assembly secretariat confided voting on no confidence motion being presented in the lower house for voting . The opposition has a clear majority in the national assembly to outnumber prime minister , Imran Khan, and bring his slight less than 4 years rule
The PTI had come into power after getting thin majority in 2018 general elections. Its leader , Imran Khan has promised cleansing of the old and absolute system with a new one to ensure merit in the country besides ensuring fast track progress in the country . But after around 4 years its hollow economic and other policies proved a nightmare for the people of Pakistan. Its floped economic policy has put Pakistan,’s economy at jeopardy . It has failed to deliver anything good for Pakistan in its around 4 years rule. The prime minister and his political aides have done every possible effort to incite the public against the opposition leaders without thinking of its outcome for a minute. Not only this, Imran Khan and his entire team is intentionally attacking the US and European countries to create an impression that these countries were conspiring against PTI government for pursuing an independent foreign policy. See the behaviour of 70 years Shah Mahmood Qureshi who spearheaded anti US campaign to appease his political master , Imran Khan without considering its long term impact on Pakistan. Being prime minister and foreign minister ,are they not support to follow Secret Act?.
One also need to understand the behaviour of politically barren 75 years Shaikh Rashid for that matter. What is alluring him to keep calling his today’s political opponents traitors for presenting no confidence motion in the national assembly. What makes him jump at stage while addressing press conferences on daily basis and issuing highly provoking statements which can prompt power hungry prime minister to create even more alarming situation and bring Pakistan on the knife edge. Does he lack sense to understand Imran Khan is attacking Pakistan’s interests by hurling unfounded accusations on US for writing threatening letter to get him oust through Pakistani opposition? Is this cunning Pindi boy unable to read mind of Imran Khan in last around four years?
One must ask Imran Khan, his economic wizard , Asad Umar and most loyal Fawad Chaudhary, why US dollar is soaring on daily basis against the rupee to add to killing price hike . It does not seem a worry for and not a single word is being uttered by the prime minister and his ministers.
