ISLAMABAD. The Employees Old age Benefit Institution (EOBI) has released Rs 6 billion for making payment befor Eidul Zaha to its half a million pensioners . The Pakistan Tehik Insaf (PTI) government had revised upward monthly pensions for EOBI pensioners by Rs 2000/ a month taking its limit to Rs 8500 per month in 2020÷21 budget .The pensioners will get outstanding amount of last three months along with the current payment. With three months outstanding, thus time each penshiiner will get 14500/ in total . EOBI beneficries include 269941 old age retired employees, disabled 6169, diseased families 177529 and beneficiaries of one time donation 3522.
