Gold loses shine in Pakistan—check latest rates of July 26

RAWALPINDI: July 26, 2023: After a long spell of gaining value, gold prices in the local market reduced by Rs 1000 on Wednesday . Gold rates had remained bullish in Pakistan during the last many days which took the price of this precious metal to three weeks peak last week.

According to Markazi Sarafa Union, Rawalpindi, the gold rates for 24 carat today (Wednesday) reduced by Rs 1000 to take its rates to Rs 221000.
The price of a tola for 22 carat in the local market soared to Rs 214100. The rates of 10 gram gold for 24 carat is Rs 189470 and rates of 10 gram gold for 22 carat today is Rs 183555. The rate of gold per tola for 24 Karat (bar) is recorded at Rs 223500.

The sliver price is stagnant in the local market. Today silver rates in the local market dropped down to Rs 2900 per tola.
In international market, the gold rates rose to $ 1980.50 per ounce on July 26.
