Iran , US agree to proposed framework to end ME war :

Washington/ Islamabad. Following media reports, The White House spokesman on Thursday confirmed that the US has reached to a tentative deal and its waiting the president Trump’s approval for a formal announcement. The proposed framework, if accepted and approved by the president Trump, will extend the ceasefire in the Middle East for another 60 days. During the extended 60 days, Iran and the Us will begin formal talks to address the most irritating issues hampering the peace efforts aimed at bringing the warring parties to a meaningful deal to end the ME war.

The White House confirmation for an understanding on a framework agreement for ending the war in the ME has come in response to A report of Anxious , an American news. outlet which had reported that Iran and US have reached to a framework for extending the ceasefire for 60 days.

The positive development has come amidst renewed exchange of strikes between Iran and the US. The US had launched attacks on Iran in the last 24 hours and Iran also retaliated by attacking the US air base in Kuwait. The renewed strikes had risked the possibility of an early agreement between Iran and the US to end the ME war.
.
Anxious in its report also claimed that president Trump is taking extra time to give his final say on the proposed framework for ending the war between Iran and the US.

Iran and US had entered into the war in February last and Israel was its active party. Iran gave befitting response to the US attacks. It retaliated with full force and caused huge loss to the US and Israel. According to a report presented before the US congress Iran not only resisted the US bombing, but also caused a loss of $ 29 billion to the US.

After getting unprecedented resistance and loss of the military assets amounting to $ 29 billion , the US started to signal for a negotiated solution to the ME war. Iran ,as a clear winner of the war against Israel and the US , gave positive response for having an agreement to end the ME conflict.

Pakistan had offered its good offices for talks between Iran and the US. Pakistan ‘s civilian and military leadership had series of visits to the US and Iran and these efforts resulted in securing a ceasefire between the Warring parties. It was followed by the first round of talks between the US and Iran in Islamabad last month. The first round of Islamabad talks worked to the tune that the US agreed to extend the ceasefire for indefinite period so that Pakistan could take sufficient time to bring Iran to the negotiation table for a final agreement to end the war. The ME war has not only damaged the warring countries , but to the whole world economy.

The energy experts believe that the end to the ME war can help restore energy and other key supplies and subsequently restore world trade to ease inflationary pressure on the world businesses.
