ISLAMABAD : Islamabad gets ready to host the second round of talks likely to be held here in the next two to three days for striking a deal for permanent peace in the Middle East (ME).

Right now especial security measures are being put in place in twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad ahead of Iran-US talks.

Heavy traffic has been suspended for both cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad from Sunday.

Islamabad administration is busy in making foolproof security arrangements for the participants of the second round of talks.

The roads in Islamabad leading from Noor Khan base Rawalpindi to Islamabad Serena Hotel where the second round of talks is probably going to be held are being decorated by the Capital Development Authority. The police and other departments are removing any hurdle on any roads to be used for the participants of the second round of talks between Iran and the US.

According to the local media , more than 10 thousands police and security personnel have been deployed in the federal capital to provide multi-layer security to the participants of the second round of talks .

Pakistan had hosted the first round of talks in Islamabad some two weeks ago and on its conclusion both parties to the dispute -Iran and the US –had left Islamabad without any deal. It had created some confusion and most of the political pundits have claimed that the first round of talks between Iran and the US had failed. However , both Iran and US had claimed to have made substantial progress in the first round of talks . After a gap of a few days , Pakistan again jumped in to bring both warring parties to the negotiation table . After a week-long Pakistan’s struggle , finally , Iran and the US agreed to have another round of talks in Islamabad to find out some workable solution to the ME dispute that had practically brought the global economies down to the knees.

In the last one week, Pakistan ‘s prime minister , Shahbaz Sharif , and Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) and army chief , General Asif Munir, had held parlays with top leadership of Iran and US to persuade them to have the second round of talks in Islamabad and find out a peaceful solution to the ME conflict.

Pakistan has done a great job to put an end to the war in ME and if its efforts succeed , the world will definitely be saved from devastating war.
