ISLAMABAD : Javed Latif , a Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) leader and recently elevated to the level of a federal minister , has claimed in his statement on Wednesday that the
party supremo and exiled former prime minister , Nawaz Sharif , is returning to Pakistan after Eidul Fitr.
Javed Latif is considered as a close political aide to Mr Nawaz Sharif. He kept on updating the people on Mr Nawaz Sharif’s plan when other party leaders including former governor Sindh Zubair Umar who holds the office of spokesman of Mr Nawaz and his daughter , Maryam Nawaz.
Nawaz Sharif had left Pakistan on November 19, 2019 when he got permission from the court to travel abroad for medical treatment . Since then he is staying in London .
Javed Latif also claimed that Mr Nawaz will face the cases pending against him as per law and the constitution .
