ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has announced new, revised fees for the issuance of passports across the country, which will apply to both regular and expedited services. The updated fees cover e-passports, Machine-Readable Passports (MRPs), and lost passports, with separate charges for five-year and ten-year validity periods.
The Directorate General of Immigration & Passports (DGI&P) has detailed the following fee structure:

36 Pages (5 years):
Normal: Rs 13,500,
Urgent: Rs 24,750
Page s (5 years):
Normal: Rs 16,500
Urgent: Rs 27,000
36 Pages (10 years):
Normal: Rs 24,750
Urgent: Rs 40,500
75 Pages (10 years):
Normal: Rs 24,750
Urgent: Rs 40,500
Machine-Readable Passport (MRP) Fees
36 pages (5 years): Rs 4,500 (Normal), Rs 7,500 (Urgent), Rs 13,500 (Fast Track)
72 pages (10 years): Rs 6,700 (Normal), Rs 11,200 (Urgent), Rs 16,200 (Fast Track)
72 pages (5 years): Rs 8,200 (Normal), Rs 13,500 (Urgent), Rs 19,500 (Fast Track)
100 pages (5 years): Rs 9,000 (Normal), Rs 18,000 (Urgent), Rs 23,000 (Fast Track)
100 pages (10 years): Rs 13,500 (Normal), Rs 17,000 (Urgent), Rs 32,000 (Fast Track)
Separate fees have been set for lost passports, depending on whether it is the first, second, or third time the passport has been lost.
Fee for lost passport
First Lost Passport: Rs 54,000
Second Lost Passport: Rs 1,80,000
Third Lost Passport: Rs 3,56,000
These revised fees apply to both standard and expedited passport processing, with charges varying based on passport type, validity, and urgency.
