Islamabad (Newsman): The Hajj ministry has issued a schedule for Regular Hajj Scheme 2025.
As per the schedule, almost all national commercial banks will receive the applications for Regular Hajj Scheme 2025 between Nov 18 and Dec 3, 2024. The balloting for Regular Hajj Scheme 2025 will be held on Dec 6, 2024.
For the first time in Pakistan’s history, the government has granted installments’ facility for intending pilgrims to pay Hajj dues, which range between Rs 1.075 million to Rs 1.150 million.
In the first installment, intending pilgrims will pay Rs 200000/ along with the application to be submitted with the banks along with all requisite information.

The second installment of Rs 400000/to be paid by the applicants within 10 days after the balloting and the remaining amount to be paid by the successful intending pilgrims by February 10, 2025.
The Hajj ministry said failure in depositing installments will ultimately lead to rejection of the applications for Regular Hajj Scheme.
Around 180000 Pakistanis are likely to perform Hajj in 2025. Overseas Pakistanis have been asked to pay dues in US dollar.

For overseas Pakistani facilitation, the government has designated 4225 banks beaches worldwide.
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is going to airlift 35000 Pakistanis for Hajj 2025. PIA signed a formal agreement with the Hajj ministry on Nov 13, 2024.
