ADELAIDE, November 8, 2024: Pakistan has won the 2nd ODI by 9-wicket beating the world Champion Australia by making 169 scores in 26.3 overs.
Now the 3 matches ODI series is leveled and the third and final match would finalize the winner of the series.
Earlier, Pakistan only needed 33 runs in 35 overs without any loss, that is cementing its won against the world champions Australia in 2nd ODI being played in Australia.
While, in the first session, Pakistan exudes fine bowling performance sending Australian out at the total of only 163 in 35 overs. Whereas, Pakistan was batting at 17 without loss and needed 147 runs in 46.4 overs.
It seems an easy runs to chase for Pakistan after giving such a splendid bowling performance. With captain Rizwan taking six catches behind the wicket and Haris Rauf gives an outstanding performance with 5 wickets.
Earlier, in the morning Pakistan captain Mohammad Rizwan won the toss and opted to bowl first in the second ODI against Australia at the Adelaide Oval on Friday.
With the visitors trailing 1-0 in the three-match series, the match is a must-win for Pakistan if they are to force a decider in the third and final ODI.
Despite losing the opening match, Pakistan has maintained the same lineup, showing confidence in their squad.

Australia, on the other hand, has made one change to their team, bringing in experienced pacer Josh Hazlewood to replace Sean Abbott in the bowling attack.
Australia’s batting will be led by the dynamic opening pair of Matthew Short and Jake Fraser-McGurk, followed by the steady presence of Steven Smith and Glenn Maxwell in the middle order.
Captain Pat Cummins will spearhead the bowling attack, supported by Mitchell Starc, Adam Zampa, and Hazlewood.

For Pakistan, the top-order batting responsibility rests on the shoulders of Babar Azam, Abdullah Shafique, and captain Rizwan.
