Pakistani Actress Veena Malik Alleges Mufti Qavi’s Intrusive Actions

Lahore: With fresh allegations against religious leader Mufti Qavi, Pakistani actress and television anchor Veena Malik has stirred controversy by claiming that he “secretly monitors” girls in the entertainment industry.

Malik asserted that Mufti Qavi had extensive knowledge of actresses’ personal lives in a recent podcast conversation with Hafiz Ahmed, claiming that he had previously commented on her appearance.

Malik, a previous contestant on the Indian reality show Bigg Boss, thought back on her time there and said that, even though she enjoyed it, she received criticism for taking part.

She disclosed that to compete on Bigg Boss, contestants had to sign a contract that said cameras would record every second, with producers choosing what to show.

Malik described in the podcast how Mufti Qavi not only kept a close eye on her profession but also comments about her “beauty,” which she felt were intrusive.

She questioned how he knew such intimate details and challenged him at the time. Malik also mentioned how strongly and defensively Mufti Qavi responded to her query.

Malik said, “If honor and disgrace were in human hands, some people would waste no time in destroying others’ lives,” in reference to her experiences in the spotlight. I’m curious how people can be so rude.
