ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) has issued corrected medical and dental colleges admission test (MDCAT) 2020 result.
PMC’s website gives icon for addressing complaints in case any candidate finds mismatch in result. It also carries out an icon for those candidates who intend to get rechecked their test sheet.
PMC had downed the result issued on December 16, 2020 when major discrepancies were found in the result and a large number of candidates had filed complaints of mismatch. A sizeable number of candidates had also reported discrepancies in their marks. Taking notice of the complaints, PMC had downed the result for correction.
After a gap of three days, PMC has issued MDCAT 2020 result.
Around 121000 students had registered with PMC for MDCAT 2020 and less than 70 thousands stood qualified for getting admission in public and private sector medical and dental colleges in Pakistan. The candidates who passed MDCAT 2020 with minimum 60 percent marks can apply for admission in medical and dental colleges of Pakistan.
The process of admission in medical and dental colleges of Pakistan will commence from first week of January next year and academic session will begin from the last week of January 2020.
