THATHA; Pakistan People Party (PPP) Thatha held a sit in at press club here on Thursday to protest against firing of 16 thousand employees of different government departments, unbearable pricehike and loadshedsing of power and water scarcity in the country.
PPP former senator and senior leader , Sussi Palejo, led the protest and sit in . A large number of PPP workers, traders and commoners participated in the protest and sit in. The participants of the sit in chanted anti government slogans.. go Niazi go . Sussi Palejo was accompanied by provincial advisor, Sadiq Ali Mamon, Member Sindh Assembly, Riaz Shah Shirazi, Hamid Pahnor and Imtiaz Qureshi on the occasion.
Sussi Palejo, while addressing the participants of the sit in, said Imran Khan and his party Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) has turned into a nightmare for the people of Pakistan. She said : Imran Khan has emerged as the worst prime minister in Pakistan’s history, who not only gave unprecedented rise to the pricehike to make the people lives miserable , but also turned Pakistan into a weak country. She called upon the people of Pakistan to reject this failed and incompetent prime minister and wake up to support PPP chairman, Balawal Zardari Bhutto for bright future of Pakistan. Sussi claimed PPP leadership has capacity and aptitude to steer Pakistan out of the on-going crisis. She said Balawal Bhutto Zardari has a vision to take Pakistan to the new height of prosperity and progress. She claimed bad policies and ill-conceived planning has caused irriparable loss to Pakistan. She said expulsion of Sui Southern Employees have forced them to live without necessities of life. She said the people want to get rid of this incompetent government of PTI. Sussi Palejo asserted that the PPP was going to emerge as a victorious in next general elections.
