Islamabad : Pakistan’s Foreign Office on Sunday confirmed that the US president t Trump has invited prime minister Shahbaz Sharif , to join Gaza peace board . The Foreign Office noted in its official announcement that in response to media queries, the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr Tahir Andrabi, stated the following:
The Prime Minister of Pakistan has received the invitation from the President of the United States to join the Board of Peace on Gaza. Pakistan will remain engaged with international efforts for peace and security in Gaza, leading to a lasting solution to the Palestine issue in accordance with United Nations resolutions.
