Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Condemns Quetta Railway Station Bomb Blast

ISLAMABAD, November 9, 2024: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has strongly condemned the bomb blast near Quetta’s Railway Station, which occurred on Saturday.

The attack, which resulted in casualties, has sparked widespread outrage across the country.

In a statement, the Prime Minister expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims, praying for the eternal peace of the departed souls and urging the bereaved to find strength in this difficult time.

“Those who carry out such heinous acts are the enemies of humanity, targeting innocent lives,” the Prime Minister said.

He emphasized that the government remains fully committed to combating terrorism and ensuring that such attacks do not go unpunished.

Prime Minister Sharif reiterated the government’s firm resolve to take all necessary measures to root out terrorism, warning that those responsible for harming innocent people would “pay a heavy price.”

He assured the public that both the government and security forces were working in tandem to eliminate the threat of terrorism.

In addition, the Prime Minister has called for an inquiry into the incident, directing the Balochistan government to submit a detailed report on the attack.
