Despite the heavy crackdown, Bushra Bibi and Gandapur managed to evade arrest.

As the security forces cleared the Blue Area, they also removed containers that had been set up by PTI workers to block roads.

One of the containers, which had been used by PTI leaders, was set on fire during the operation.

The law enforcement agencies then initiated a manhunt to capture Gandapur and Bushra Bibi, who had been leading the protests.
