PTI rule: Did IK skip real issues intentionally

Islamabad: Imran Khan making history many ways. He struggled for over two decades to make space for his Insaf party in Pakistan’s political arena and during this long period he made a sizeable percentage of Pakistanis feel that he was different to his successor political elite. He managed to convince the people that he has ability and capacity not only to outclass his political opponent through vote but in governance, a much needed requirement at present to steer Pakistan out of current political and economic mess. His slogan worked well and he managed to queue young Pakistani generation with him. The youth became passionate constituency of Imran Khan to propel him to power through 2018 elections.
Right from the first day of his rule, Imran Khan’s rule began to slide down. His first ever speech as prime minister in parliament clear suggested he was a venomous specie who may not deliver to the expectations of his strong supporters who had chosen him over traditional political elite of Pakistan only for one cause to introduce merit and Insaf based society in Pakistan. His supporter majority between 18 to 30 in age had dream in their eyes that their leader will change Pakistan in a real corruption free society and help the country get a respectable position in the world community.
But, Imran Khan took one sided position to challenge his political opponent raising a slogan of I will go after these thieves. His first speech in the parliament turn his real agenda at least for three and half years rule. In pushing forward his agenda of going after his political opponent to whom he calls Thugs and thieves remain unfettered . He, however, forgot the first and foremost obligation as prime minister of making Pakistan a merit based and corruption free society. Instead taking concrete steps to bring relief for the masses he and his team behaved as if the people of Pakistan had voted him for calling Sharifs thugs and thieves. He and his team hardly had any worry for rising inflation and fast surging corruption in his rule. Imran Khan has unparalleled skill of frenzied his listeners and make them firmly believe that whatever he was narrating against his opponents was factual and based on reality. He used the same skill to keep scolding his opponents. As prime minister, he gave many narratives that could prove to the masses that their leader was a real leader. His voters did not believe that Imran Khan lies and leis to the end and his entire purpose of becoming a politician was to become prime minister of this country and that’s all. He never had any strategy to address serious issues confronted with Pakistan and its 220 million population. Imran Khan used many religious cards to counter allegations upon him of religious clerics like Maulana Fazal ur Rehman to whom he despite warning from key stakeholders who facilitated him considering as a savior of Pakistani nation call as Diesel. For example he regularly claimed of transforming Pakistani society into Riasat e Madina. He never wanted to do it seriously. It was his religious card to allure hard core religious mind of Pakistanis. After Riasat e Madina card, Imran Khan, presented Rehmat ul Almeen University card for the same purpose. Meanwhile, he brought in the concept of Lunger Khanas to prove to the people that their leader was so kind and noble that he does not want the pro poor and shelter less live without food and shelter. Imran khan had in mind that the Pakistani nation can easily be cheated in the name of religion and best way to go for it was to use religious cards. Imran Khan has proved by his action that he was power hungry individual with no intention and capacity to confront real issues confronted with Pakistan. He and his team intentionally or unintentionally created an environment wherein filthy rich fleece low income group. His hollow strategy and failure of close economic wizard Asad Umar had damaged Pakistan economically beyond repair. Today a common man who earns from daily basis income has been ruined. This section of population makes over 50 % of its total population is living in hell as it is not able to make living for their families. Pakistan’s foreign loans have gone to a level where it can not be managed by a fake economist like Asad Umar . The entire Pakistani nation is waiting for some heavenly force for their rescue. Despite a dangerous rise in corruption in PTI rule, Imran Khan is still presenting himself as an honest leader of Pakistan. Let us see how this nation keeps believing in Imran Khan’s white lies.
