ISLAMABAD ; Prime minister, Imran Khan’s ‘Wasim Akram Plus’ and chief minister Punjab , Sardar Usman Buzdar has been accused of making huge corruption of Rs 70 billion to Rs 80 billion by a dissident ruling party member national assembly (MNA) Mukhdum Basit Sultan Bukhari .
Mukhdum Basit Sultan Bukhari who also like :Wasim Akram Plus’ hails from northern Punjab and his allegations on Sardar Usman Buzdar make extraordinary importance . After Mukhdum Basit Sultan Bukhari, Raja Riaz a dissident ruling party MNA also shared the same allegations of corruption against chief minister Punjab. He added an alarming twist to story of alleged corruption of Sardar Usman Buzdar . Raja Riaz issued a statement to the media on Wednesday wherein he claimed thet ill-gotton money accumulated by Sardar Usman Buzdar was also going to the Prime Minister House .
These serious allegatiob against ‘Wasim Akram Plus’ allegations can rock the boat of ‘Captaan’ who has always been preached anti corruption mantra . The allegations of unprecedented corruption by Chief minister Punjab , Sardar Usman Buzdar , have been surfacing in the media since long but the prime minister who is also chairman of the ruling party Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI);always ignored these calls . The prime minister’s love for Usman Buzdar who has been under criticism from different quarters, is unknown . Many believe that Usman Buzdar was picked up by Imran Khan as chief minister Punjab despite having low IQ due to a front women close to a key figure in Islamabad . Many in PTI and decision- making bodies of the Imran Khan’s rule privately concede that Usman Buzdar had started making money through corruption soon after becoming chief executive of Punjab . A PTI source confirmed to NEWSMAN requesting anonymity that every Tom and Jerry in PTI knew tales of corruption done by chief minister, Usman Buzdar, and his front lady and her spouse known for their close friendship with a top figure in Islamabad, but prime minister Imran Khan, kept on pushing the complaints surfacing from different quarters.
It’s duty of anti graft bodies in Punjab and Centre to take the allegations of corruption against chief minister Punjab seriously and conduct a thorough inquiry into these allegations . The concerned departments should also take notice as to why Usman Buzdar has removed official record of development projects from 7 Club and 5 Club in Lahore.
