VC Highlights Legal Matters Regarding Punjab University Land

Lahore: The vice-chancellor of Punjab University has taken notice of the unlawful habitation of varsity property where residences were built years ago.

Some land-grabbers built about fifty homes on the property next to the Punjab University Health Center.

The residents reportedly did not buy the land or pay any rent.

For the past few years, these people have been living in these homes. According to the sources, several employees at Punjab University are not working there.

Dr. Muhammad Ali, the recently appointed vice-chancellor of Punjab University, took notice of the situation and sent notifications to the residents requesting that they leave the property as soon as possible.
