ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Pharmaceutical Association (PPA) Islamabad president, Ghulam Farid Khan and secretary general, Shifa Khan have issued their message on pharmacists day September 25. They said “We thank you, the pharmacists, for your dedicated service to humanity through dispensing medicines and delivering pharmacy care services to patients to ensure rational and safe use of drugs, particularly of antimicrobial to obtain best health outcomes and also educating the public during this Pandemic. The message sad pharmacists roll in pandemic COVID-19 as a front line member of health care and task force teams۔salute to the families of pharmacists who lost their lives in COVID-19۔ They said pharmacists are the custodian of medicines and patients counsellor. It said PPA will strive our best to contribute in National health system by maximizing the scope of Pharmacist as per Global standards.
