ISLAMABAD : June 30,2023: The government on Friday decided to maintain the petrol prices for the next fortnight . However , it announced to revise diesel prices upward by Rs 7.50 per litre .
According to Finance minister , Ishaq Dar, upward revision in the rates of diesel has been done due to a number of negative developments . He said the government did its best to adjust the increase in diesel prices but it become impossible and finally it approved the increase of Rs 7.50 per.litre.
Fiance minister, Ishaq Dar, did not mention anything in the rates of kerosin and light speed diesel . Therefore, it’s presumed that the rates of kerosin and light speed diesel will also remain unchanged for the next fortnight .
