Pakistan consulate in Jeddah celebrates first anniversary of “Benaanul Mursus”

Jeddah — The Pakistan Consulate in Jeddah hosted a dignified ceremony to mark the completion of one year of Operation “Benaan-ul-Marsus,” which was attended by a large number of leading community figures.

Addressing the ceremony, the Consul General of Pakistan in Jeddah, Syed Mustafa Rabbani, stated that Pakistan’s air and military leadership demonstrated unparalleled bravery, seriousness, and practical love for the nation during Operation Benaan-ul-Marsum. He also praised the responsible role of the Pakistani media, saying that the media played a key role in informing the world of the facts.

Pakistan’s Ambassador to the OIC, Ambassador Fawad Sher, said that in response to Indian aggression, Pakistan defended itself in accordance with international laws, and Pakistani forces gave a resounding response to the enemy with the prayers of the nation. He criticized the Indian fake media, noting that even serious circles in India had rejected its falsehoods.

Addressing the ceremony, Chairman of the Kashmir Committee Masood Ahmad Puri, Chairman of the Jammu & Kashmir Overseas Community Engineer Arif Mughal, Convener of the Pakistan National Solidarity Forum Sardar Waqas Inayat, and other speakers said that the bravery and professional skills of the Pakistani forces would always be remembered by the world. They stated that Pakistan defeated the aggression of a country several times larger than itself in a short period, sending a clear message to the enemy.

The speakers praised Pakistan’s military leadership and successful foreign policy, saying that the Kashmiri people have gained new hope in their struggle for freedom.
