ISLAMABAD : Nov 19,2022: As appointment of the new army chief nears, Pakistan Tehreen e Insaf (PTI), chairman , Imran Khan, is also unfolding his real, but hidden agenda .
Within hours after the government announcement that it was going to start the process for appointment of the new army chief from Monday , , Imran Khan , made much- awaited announcement and gave call to his party workers to reach Rawalpindi on November 26,2022.
There is a big question mark as to why Imran Khan is running his long march parallel to the new army chief’s appointment?
Another question which is leaving the people in confusion is as to why Imran Khan is asking his party workers to reach Rawalpindi in the afternoon on November 26, 2022 if the real purpose of his long march is fresh elections in the country.

Since the process for the appointment of the new army is in the final phase , the announcement of the new army chief could be made before arrival of PTI long march in Rawalpindi . This equation suggests Imran Khan will not be able to change anything regarding this key appointment. Then one needs to ponder why Imran Khan is out for do and die game and what is real purpose of his long march?.
The purpose of brining long march to Rawalpindi could be to throw a serious challenge of law and order when the army will be having its new chief and weaken the institution which guarantees Pakistan’s security?.
If it’s so, another question appears in one’s mind why Imran Khan is going for do and die to weaken the army ?
Its PTI second tier leadership which can answer these serious questions . But one thing which is very much clear from Imran Khan’s announcement to ask his flowers to reach Rawalpindi that PTI chief is not for fresh elections . His main target is the military and his entire plan seems pitching the public against the institution.
Imran Khan has managed to achieve his this goal to some extent . Rather to more than some extent. The PTI workers’ reaction on attack on the PTI long march in Wazirabad is its only one glimpse.
Of course , the security related departments will take into account PTI reaction on Wazirabad firing on PTI long march while preparing strategy to tackle Imran Khan’s do and die long march.
Another factor which needs to be taken into account before reaching to some conclusion is why Imran Khan is blaming the establishment directly and indirectly since long.
Imran Khan and his close aides had been attacking the army top brass much before dismissal of PTI government.
There is no doubt that Imran Khan is pershing an agenda of weakening the army institution and then expose Pakistan’s security. His objective seems even beyond it.
PTI long march can push Pakistan into a very difficult situation in coming days. Those who are authorised to tackle with upcoming PTI long march should not give any opportunity to its architects to create rukus in the country.
Imran Khan and his associates should not be allowed to overthrow government through ‘Jatha’ as it will set a dangerous trend and hurt the future governments.
