The accompanying inquiry notification indicates that the police are now attempting to investigate the incident and seek answers to questions that should have been addressed prior to this shameful occurrence.
It is hoped that there are no internal efforts to medically prove the innocence of the culprit, as such actions would only serve to hinder the inquiry process and prevent the truth from being revealed. It is crucial that professional norms prioritize honesty towards the profession, as without it, shameful incidents like this may continue to happen.
As concerned Sangotians, parents, and the school administration, our primary focus is on safeguarding the future of our beloved daughters, the Sangotians. Currently, the board examinations are underway in Swat, and there has been no communication from the local or provincial authorities regarding future security arrangements for the school. This is a matter of grave concern for the thousands of students studying at Public School Sangota, and it requires immediate attention.
We, the alumni and parents, strongly urge the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) and the Chief Secretary to deploy security arrangements through the Frontier Constabulary to ensure the school can reopen. The education and future of these students should be of utmost importance to these custodians of law. It is their responsibility to ensure that the unfortunate suffering of these students ceases, as no inquiry can provide the same level of assurance as foolproof security measures.
