ISLAMABAD : Feb 22,2023: Mr Ahmad Hayat Luk has been assigned the charge of managing director / chief executive officer of Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) with immediate effect .
The OGDCL on Wednesday issued a formal order for assigning charge of MD/CEO to Mr Ahmad Hayat Luk. The company order issued here said the board of directors in its meeting held here on February 22,2023 approved assigning charge of MD/CEO to Mr Ahmad Hayat Luk General Manager ( Legal Services ) on look after basis.
According to the official order Mr Ahmad Hayat Luk will assume new assignment as MD/CEO on look after basis till further order with immediate effect and shall perform duties and functions of the office accordingly.
The order further said it’s hoped that Mr Ahmad Hayat Luk will utilise his best skills and multi dimensional corporate experience to serve in new position.
Ahmad Hayat Luk enjoys long experience of serving OGDCL in various capacities . He has served OGDCL as company secretary and General Manager Legal of this state owned largest oil and gas.ezploration company .
Mr Luk being an experienced hand has been on the board of Mari Petroleum , Pakistan ‘s another prestigious company engaged in exploration of oil and gas .
