PESHAWAR : August 31: A suicide bomber hit a convey of the security forces in Jani Khail area of Bannu in Khyber Pukhtunkhaw (KPk) on Thursday, a handout of the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said .
ISPR handout added that the suicide bomber, who was riding on a motorbike, hit the convey of the security forces in Jani Khail area when they were on the routine patrolling. Nine security personnel including one Subedar, Sanober Ali, martyred in the suicide bombing . ISPR also confirmed that five security personnel injured in the attack. Thursday’s suicide bombing was one of the most deadly attacks by the terrorists on the security forces in KPK. Terrorists sponsored by a neighbouring country have increased their activities in Pakistan and they are attacking on the police and the security forces to de-moralise them.
ISPR in its reaction to Thursday’s suicide bombing said the security forces were determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from Pakistan. It also said the cowardly acts like suicide bombing instead demoralising Pakistan’s security forces and police increase their courage to fight the terror till its complete wiping out from Pakistan.
Caretaker prime minister , Anwaarul Haq, Interior minister, Sarfraz Bhugti, Chief minister Punjab, Mohsin Naqvi, strongly condemned suicide bombing on the security forces and said terrorists will be given sharply reaction for their terror attack on the security forces in Bannu,KPK
