Islamabad : Nov 2 : Arshad Majeed Mohmand , a grade 21 officer of Pakistan Administrative Group , has been appointed as National Highways Authority (NHA) . Arshad Majeed Mohmand was previously serving as an additional secretary in Power Division .
The Cabinet Division has issued a formal notification to this effect. The notification said the appointment of Arshad Majeed Mohmand will be subject to approval of National Highest Council .
