Islamabad : August 25,2024 : Federal minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Chaudhary Salik Hussain , participated in an international conference on “Women role in creation of awareness ” in Cairo in Egypt . Chaudhary Salik Hussain addressed the conference and said the role of creation of awareness is very pivotal . He added that gender equality and empowerment of women is much needed in today’s competitive world . Chaudhary Salik Hussain noted that investment for the women welfare is extremely important . He said the women have a crucial role for upbringing of the families . A day earlier when the federal minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony , Chaudhary Salik Hussain, arrived Cairo, Egypt he was received by Pakistan’s ambassador to Egypt , Sajid Bilal , and senior officials of the ministry of Auqaf of Egypt. On the sideline of the conference , Chaudhary Salik Hussain will have meetings with renowned religious scholars and international leaders to discuss the awareness among the Muslim communities for the key role of women in community building.
