THATHA: A Dabeji police party led by SHO ,Ghulam Ali Lakho, raided a fake ghee factory here on Saturday and recovered huge ghee exracted from bones and fat of dead animals.
The accused involved in this henious activity fled from the scene ahead of police raid.
The accused were carrying out unlawful and inhuman activity of making extremely harmful product in the name of ghee and selling it in the local market.
The local police on receiving information about this harmful activity raided the site.
The residens of the area lauded the police action against the accused and demanded of Deputy Commissioner and local Food Authority officials to nab the accused and bring them before the court for examplary punishment.
The representatives of civil society also demanded immediate arrest of the accused to get them punished by the court of law, besides making sure that noone carries out such henious activity in the city and its down town.
