THATHA: Some unidentified miscreants pelted at Karachi bound busuness train near Thatha station.
The stone pelting broke down wind screen of the train engine, besides injuring the driver Abdul Malik.
The driver who had head injury refused to continue to drive the train to its destination. The incident resulted in halting of train for over one hour.
Injured driver, Abdul Malik, spoke to the media at incident point. He deplored that some unscruplous elements pelted at the train to cause damage to this national asset.
Later , local Station Head Officer (SHO), Ghulam Ali Lakho, reached at the scene and on his assurance that he will chase the miscreants and bring them to the court for punishment , the driver agreed to drive the train to its destination.
